Role Overview

The firm is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations of its acclaimed commercial architecture and interior design practice based in downtown West Palm Beach. Reporting directly to ownership, the COO will spearhead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, elevate project execution, reinforce team accountability, and facilitate growth initiatives. This executive’s responsibilities include oversight of project workflows, human resources and staffing, resource allocation, business systems, technological integration, and overall organizational leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in executive leadership roles.
• Prior experience in professional services is essential; preferred backgrounds include architecture, engineering, interior design, or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated track record in leading teams, streamlining operations, and catalyzing organizational expansion.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, effective communication, and financial management.

Additional Information
