Addressing the prevalence of autism spectrum disorder, which affects 1 in 31 children in the United States, as well as other undiagnosed challenges, NeuroCare+ develops tools facilitating early autism intervention, care coordination, and customized mental wellness plans. The platform serves as a connection point for families, therapists, and specialists, while also offering guidance resources to reduce caregiver burnout and social isolation. Currently in the pre-launch phase, NeuroCare+ is establishing alliances with psychologists, behavioral therapists, autism experts, healthcare entities, and mission-driven investors. The organization blends technological innovation, clinical expertise, and compassionate care to improve outcomes for individuals and families.

Role Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) position is a full-time role based in Dover, DE, offering a hybrid working setup with flexibility for remote work. The COO is tasked with managing day-to-day operations to ensure the seamless execution of NeuroCare+’s platform, services, and partnerships, fully aligned with the company’s mission and growth goals. This role includes directing cross-functional teams, developing and standardizing operational procedures, and establishing performance metrics aimed at scalable, high-quality care delivery.

Collaboration with the CEO and leadership team is essential for strategic planning, financial supervision, and effective resource management. The COO will also champion ongoing improvements within product development, clinical operations, and customer success departments. Additional responsibilities include nurturing partnerships, overseeing compliance and risk protocols, and promoting a collaborative, inclusive culture committed to the organization’s mission.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in business planning encompassing strategic formulation, organizational design, and managing growth initiatives.
• Proven background in operating complex cross-functional teams and establishing efficient, scalable operational processes.
• Strong analytical capabilities for data interpretation, KPI development, informed decision-making, and performance enhancement across different divisions.
• Hands-on experience in financial management covering modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Experience or knowledge in healthcare, digital health, or technology-enabled service sectors is advantageous.
• Leadership skills demonstrated through effective stakeholder engagement, team development, and nurturing an inclusive work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for working with clinical professionals, technologists, investors, and families.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees in business, healthcare administration, or related areas are preferred.
