About the Role

As the Chief Operating Officer at Hawk Speed Solution LLP, you will play a pivotal role leading the organization’s daily operations in a remote, full-time capacity. The COO will ensure streamlined delivery of scalable software solutions through the oversight of operational planning and execution. The role’s focus requires you to set, track, and optimize key performance indicators, while supporting the company’s broader strategic direction.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, risk management standards, and industry regulations.
• Mentor and develop leaders within the operations division, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
• Drive business growth by partnering on business planning, resource optimization, and customer service improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in operations management, involving process improvement and team leadership.
• Background in strategic business planning and aligning operations with organizational missions.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and monitoring financial metrics to support sound decisions.
• Proficient analytical skills for interpreting operational data and identifying trends.
• Prior experience in software or technology-driven companies, especially in leadership or operational functions.
• Excellent communication capabilities for engaging stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• A track record of effectively managing remote teams and leveraging digital collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or recognized certifications are a plus.
