Job description
Job Summary
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart, you will play a key role in creating positive first and last impressions for our customers by managing and maintaining shopping carts in the parking lots and store premises. This role involves collecting carts, using equipment to transport them, and ensuring their cleanliness and sanitation in all weather conditions while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude.
Compensation
- Hourly wages range from $14 to $27, ensuring compliance with minimum wage laws applicable in the location.
- Additional pay can include performance-based incentives awarded annually or quarterly.
- Specific premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, potentially stacking if multiple criteria are met.
Work Schedule
Available shifts include opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing hours, offering flexibility.
Location
This position is based at Walmart Supercenter #6370, located at 4331 W. Andrew Johnson Highway, Morristown, TN 37814.
