Cargo Sales Representative

Job Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, customers, and industry operators to identify new markets and communicate fare, charge, regulation, and innovation updates to agents.
• Identify and evaluate cargo potentials within the assigned region, report findings to the Regional Cargo Manager, and prepare periodic assessment reports as required.
• Foster cooperation with cargo agents and competing airlines to secure cargo for company flights through visits and marketing activities guided by the marketing plan.
• Stay informed on and apply procedures, instructions, and international cargo regulations related to charges and policies.
• Ensure systematic execution of cargo sales and services in the designated region.
• Work in alignment with company policies to support the achievement of all applicable targets within the service process.
• Manage official Air Waybill (AWB) stock, safeguarding its distribution and use following regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed at least high school education; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Permanent residency status in the country of employment; company does not sponsor or assist with work permits.
• At least one year of experience in cargo or logistics sectors.
• Proficiency in English and local language(s).
• Understanding of airline cargo operations, including pricing and sales strategies.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Professional and courteous communication with colleagues and business partners.
