About the Role

Join Yazio, a top nutrition app used worldwide, as our Business Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiencies. Your focus will be advancing company processes through AI-driven automation and managing organization-wide operational projects. This remote role is open to candidates residing in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational projects, from concept through execution and post-review, handling planning and stakeholder engagement.
Analyze and redesign inefficient workflows by leveraging AI, automation, and optimized processes to create quantifiable business benefits.
Develop automation tools that minimize manual tasks and boost team productivity.
Partner with various internal teams to implement improvements and secure sustained adoption.
Manage broad operational areas such as IT hardware, software licenses, tool provisioning, subscriptions, insurance, and workplace resources to empower teams.
Maintain adherence to internal policies, vendor agreements, data protection, and legal compliances, while proactively addressing operational risks.
Create scalable operational frameworks that support ongoing growth at Yazio.

Candidate Profile

Substantial experience in Business Operations, Project Management, or similar roles, preferably within technology companies, startups, or scale-ups.
Exceptional organizational abilities and adeptness in managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Proven hands-on experience in improving business processes through AI and automation solutions that effectively reduce manual workload.
Strong stakeholder management and communication proficiencies to align cross-functional teams.
Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily routines and continually seeking efficiency innovations.
Interest and openness to learning about legal, compliance, data privacy, and operational matters.
A university degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Fluency in English and German with excellent writing skills.
