Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Analyst to join a cutting-edge company specializing in high-precision motion control systems and robotic automation. Located in Bedford, MA, this on-site role supports various departments including Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and management reports aiding Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Executive teams.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP platforms such as Epicor, Aegis, and MiSys, as well as SQL databases and other enterprise systems, to support data-driven decisions.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses on inventory, supply chain, suppliers, bills of materials, and costs to uncover trends, risks, and potential improvements.
• Generate both recurring and ad hoc reports while improving reporting accuracy, reliability, and efficiency through automation and process enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, supply chain, operations, or data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL querying, data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, and familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems including Epicor, MiSys, and Aegis MES.
