Overview
We are urgently seeking confident and goal-driven Business Development Executives experienced in outbound telesales. This role involves engaging customers through calls, presenting products or services persuasively, and successfully sealing sales to meet targets.
Job Details
- Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month
- Working hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India
- Open to both male and female candidates
- Languages required: English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or higher
Responsibilities
Execute outbound calls to potential clients, effectively pitch our products or services, and achieve sales closures to meet or exceed set targets.
Preferred Experience
- Sales in loans, insurance, or policies
- Channel sales expertise
- Software sales background
- Experience in target-driven telesales
- Strong ability in product pitching and closing sales
Candidate Profile
- Possess direct in-house outbound sales calling experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable and confident making outbound calls
- Focused on achieving sales targets
- Skilled at objection handling and converting calls into sales
Not Suitable For
- Lead generation roles
- Survey or market research processes
- Inbound sales or customer support without sales closure
- Retail, field sales, or shop/counter sales
- Medical representative roles
