Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Business Developer position located in Madinah involves identifying and pursuing new business ventures, cultivating and managing relationships with prospects and existing clients, and actively promoting PT-Express’s warehousing and logistics services. Core daily activities encompass prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotes, and negotiating contract terms in accordance with company policies. Additionally, the role requires analyzing market trends, collaborating with operations and customer service teams to uphold service quality, and submitting regular reports on sales outcomes and pipeline progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in business development and sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation abilities.
• Competence in customer relationship management with the capacity to understand client needs and deliver appropriate warehousing and logistics solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation capabilities suitable for a professional business setting.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude to evaluate market opportunities and aid in strategy formulation.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to manage multiple leads, meetings, and follow-up activities efficiently.
• Beneficial knowledge of logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in standard business software such as CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in Madinah and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
