About the Role
The Business Analyst will thoroughly examine organizational structures and processes to understand their integration with technological solutions. This role involves evaluating the current business model, identifying customer needs, and envisioning improved future states or solutions. The individual will be responsible for collecting, researching, and synthesizing varied information sources to support strategic planning and operational enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead the team in achieving project goals.
- Make critical team decisions and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Resolve problems within the immediate team and across different teams by proposing effective solutions.
- Drive cross-functional discussions to align business goals with technology capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to clearly define requirements and expectations.
- Mentor junior team members by offering guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.
Professional and Technical Skills
- Expertise in SAP BTP Application Development is mandatory.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and documenting business workflows and system integrations.
- Capability to convert complex business requirements into detailed technical documents.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
- Knowledge of process modeling and requirements gathering methodologies and tools.
Additional Information
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in SAP BTP Application Development is required.
- This role is located at the Gurugram office in Haryana, India.
- Applicants must have completed at least 15 years of full-time education.
