Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Business Analyst to become part of our team in Lahore. This role focuses on linking business requirements with technology solutions by thoroughly analyzing business processes, collecting requirements, and delivering insightful data-driven advice. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential to advancing strategic projects, optimizing operations, and aiding the development of effective business solutions.

Key Duties

• Collect, document, and scrutinize business requirements from different stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Perform gap analyses to uncover improvement opportunities in processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to succinctly present insights.
• Support the planning and conduct of user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Track and assess the success of implemented solutions.
• Lead meetings and presentations to communicate ideas and findings.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline.
• Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient use of tools like MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable software.
• Experienced in requirement gathering using methods such as interviews and workshops.
• Skilled in technical proposal development, including crafting solution documents, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and defining project scope.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile frameworks.
• Strong communication abilities along with effective stakeholder management skills.
