Role Overview

In this role, you will collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to develop scalable solutions aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities include defining business needs, refining processes, and creating adaptable frameworks suited for a dynamic workplace environment. The role demands a blend of operational expertise and technical understanding to ensure projects remain aligned with objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery meetings with stakeholders to identify and clarify business objectives, converting them into detailed specifications.
• Evaluate risks, impacts, and interdependencies across departments, taking necessary proactive measures.
• Create scalable solution proposals consistent with corporate and enterprise strategies.
• Document and analyze current and prospective business processes, pinpointing gaps and suggesting operational enhancements.
• Design and validate customer pathways, workflows, and data transmissions focused on achieving desired business results.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to manage change and implement plans.
• Record system interactions, data integration points, and maintain a traceability matrix for requirements.
• Contribute to business case development by evaluating impacts and performing cost-benefit analyses.
• Assist in project delivery oversight including tracking schedules, scopes, and governance elements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and artifacts for ongoing clarity.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders and promote collaborative solutions.
• Guide junior analysts and advocate for continuous process improvement culture.
• Develop and execute testing plans, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), and confirm requirements fulfillment before rollouts.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to pertinent financial regulatory standards and support compliance and audit activities.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Business or Technical Analyst, preferably within operational or financial services sectors.
• Strong track record of delivering analytical insights for complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Robust analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and influence capabilities.
• Expertise in process documentation and problem resolution.
• Self-motivated with excellent multitasking skills and independence.
• Proven success in facilitating workshops and achieving group consensus.
• Competence in project management, relationship cultivation, and active listening.
• Capability to impact results without formal authority.
