Job Responsibilities
- Independently create and maintain BIM specialist models for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary engineering disciplines during performance phases LP5 and LP8.
- Derive material lists, parts lists, and plans necessary for procurement and assembly processes.
- Collaborate closely with the BIM coordinator to ensure model quality and maintain data consistency.
- Coordinate and align interface points with other trades and involved planning parties to facilitate smooth project integration.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed training as a technical system planner HLS (heating, ventilation, sanitation) or qualification as a technician HLS or engineer.
- Previous experience working on BIM projects is essential.
- Proficient German language skills at a minimum C1 level.
- English language skills are considered an advantage.
