Associate Research Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and intellectually curious Associate Research Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Duties

• Collaborate on creating surveys, questionnaires, and discussion guides that align with research goals.
• Ensure clarity, logical flow, and quality respondent experience in questionnaire design with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Learn and implement best practices in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Engage in the complete lifecycle of research projects, gaining hands-on experience from initiation through completion.
• Track fieldwork progress to maintain adherence to timelines and participant quotas.
• Assist in managing survey samples and coordinate communications between internal teams and external partners.
• Identify potential project issues promptly, provide timely updates, and escalate when necessary.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks, demonstrating strong organization and flexibility as priorities evolve.
• Support data examination, conduct analysis, and interpret research findings.
• Help develop visual representations, summaries, and client reports that effectively communicate insights.
• Contribute to drafting concise, accurate research narratives to enhance story-telling from data.
• Participate in meetings, documenting and summarizing key takeaways and project statuses.
• Maintain clear and professional communication regarding project progress, next steps, and inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with peers, project leaders, and senior staff to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Build growing confidence in managing client communications and supporting strong client relationships.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Between zero to three years of pertinent experience, which may include internships, academic research, client service roles, data analytics, or project coordination.
• Fundamental knowledge of research principles, data analysis, survey construction, or consumer behaviors preferred.
• Keen interest in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Strong writing abilities coupled with effective communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to producing precise and thoughtful work.
• Comfortable managing workloads in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with shifting priorities.
• Quick learner with openness to feedback and continuous skill development.
