The organization invests broadly across the capital structure including private equity and credit, with primary focus on Europe and the US and selective investments in Asia. Their strategy includes late-stage venture capital, growth equity, and leveraged buyouts, mainly acquiring substantial minority stakes.

Responsibilities

• Assist and actively participate in all stages of deal processes, ranging from sourcing opportunities to execution and ongoing portfolio management.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in investing roles at reputable private equity firms is required, complemented by corporate finance exposure from leading investment banks.
• A strong desire to relocate to the Middle East region.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling is necessary.
• Academic credentials must include a degree from a highly ranked university.
