Position Overview

We are looking to add an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in effectively running the store operations to improve sales outcomes.
• Ensure outstanding customer service standards are maintained in the store.
• Plan, execute and monitor initiatives required to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Analyze and control management and cost indicators aiming at their continuous improvement.
• Guarantee compliance and collaboration in applying merchandising standards, optimizing sales floor space to maximize profitability.
• Manage collection knowledge, stock control, and inventory management to enhance sales.
• Lead by example in behavior and promote effective communication within the team.
• Recruit, train, and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new staff members.
• Guide and motivate the team ensuring the development of employees' potential.
• Plan, organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks to optimize resources and minimize costs.
• Ensure flawless management of administrative duties related to staff.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience managing a fast-paced business within the fashion and retail sector. They should be self-motivated, able to inspire their team to collaborate effectively, lead by example, and consistently achieve excellent results. Proven ability to maximize profitability is essential. Candidates should be sales-driven, organized, persistent, adept at problem-solving, capable of working efficiently under pressure, and flexible in adapting to change.
