Job Overview
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales strategies, lead and mentor the sales team, manage territories and distributor relationships, analyze market trends, and collaborate across operations to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance.
- Oversee management of territories and distributor networks.
- Conduct market analysis and generate detailed reports to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure sales effectiveness.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates should hold a B.Tech / B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
Compensation
Salary range is between 125000 and 625000 INR annually.
