Role Overview

As an Architectural Designer at WD Partners, you will contribute to producing construction documentation within a team framework, supporting design quality and project milestones while adhering to company values and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop plan layouts and drawings adhering to established design standards and criteria.
• Produce production drawings elements through drafting software based on prototype files, written instructions, or verbal guidance from the project lead.
• Create foundational architectural elements including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with project leads, interdisciplinary teams, and external partners both locally and in the US to align on project requirements.
• Validate accuracy of project data and measurement inputs.
• Communicate progress concerning individual tasks in relation to scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with the project lead.

Working Conditions

This position supports remote work from any location within India. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, with no weekend responsibilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant prior experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit drafting software.
• Demonstrated involvement in projects within client industries such as restaurants, retail, and healthcare.
