About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects ensuring their successful delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation for all RIBA stages.
• Collaborate actively with the design team to handle daily project information.
• Maintain communication and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors.
• Participate in design meetings and conduct site visits as required.
• Prepare and distribute working drawing packages.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be registered with the ARB.
• Significant experience post-RIBA Part 3 within a UK architectural practice.
• Proficiency in using Revit for design tasks.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects across different sectors.
• Excellent skills in drawing and design with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and organisational abilities.
• Reside within commuting distance to Liverpool.
