Role Overview
The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for delivering compelling online sessions that focus on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving for students and entry-level professionals. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, designing exercises and evaluations, facilitating interactive workshops, and offering constructive feedback to participants. The trainer will work closely with the L&D team to ensure content aligns with career readiness goals, monitor learner progress, and regularly enhance training materials based on results. Occasionally, the role involves assisting with communication and employability skill sessions, contributing to curriculum revisions, and attending internal review meetings. This position is fully remote.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years of professional experience in aptitude training or related roles.
- Strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and effective problem-solving techniques.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson structuring, and creating practice tests and assessments.
- Excellent skills in managing classrooms, facilitating online sessions, and engaging diverse learner groups.
- Clear communication capabilities with strong presentation and English language skills, able to simplify complex topics.
- Familiarity with digital tools for remote training such as video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, and standard office software.
- Experience in test prep for campus placements or competitive exams, or prior involvement in Learning and Development initiatives is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; degrees focused on mathematics, engineering, management, or education are preferred.
- Exposure to campus recruitment processes, corporate training environments, or employability skill programs is a plus.
