Role Overview
We seek a motivated and dynamic Apartment Leasing Agent adept in a fast-paced and customer-centric setting. The position requires professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication to meeting leasing targets and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective residents, qualifying and closing leases with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Maintain high occupancy rates and support leasing goals through effective apartment rentals.
- Verify applications, manage leasing documentation accurately, and ensure compliance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
- Drive new leasing traffic via community outreach and relationship building.
- Organize resident events to promote engagement and strengthen community bonds.
- Develop and sustain the property’s social media channels to boost visibility and interaction.
- Assist Property and Leasing Managers with daily operational efforts.
- Present a welcoming, professional image representing the community.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of leasing experience with conventional apartment communities is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales effectively and excel in leasing roles.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Positive demeanor, adaptability, and polished professional appearance.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
- Preferred: Experience in social media management or content marketing.
- Proven stable work background.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Applicants must reside within a 20-mile radius of Parkside Place or be open to relocating.
