Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across our communities. The ideal candidate takes pride in performing detailed cleaning duties, enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, and contributes to a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry facilities, garbage rooms, amenity spaces, and other shared areas.
• Clean vacant apartments thoroughly and perform suite touch-ups as required.
• Collect and dispose of garbage both indoors and outdoors.
• Provide assistance with snow removal and touch-up painting duties when necessary.
• Manage inventory accurately and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Perform additional site tasks and provide support to other locations as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years professional cleaning experience is essential.
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
• Basic technological aptitude is advantageous.
• Physically able to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift items up to 90 kilograms using appropriate equipment for extended periods (up to eight hours).
• Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Selected candidates will undergo security background checks, reference verification, and pre-employment physical assessments where applicable. Applicants planning to relocate should specify their intended timeline for starting work if hired.
