Role Overview

The AI Startup Partner Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution and coordination of AI startup partnerships and Tech Fair exhibitor activities throughout the event duration. This position involves close collaboration with the Partner Success Intern, Event Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of all partnership-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding AI startup partners and manage daily operational communications
• Support the planning, logistics, and execution of the Tech Fair including booth management
• Prepare and maintain briefing documents detailing timelines, deliverables, and requirements; track progress accordingly
• Align operations with Event and Marketing teams to guarantee proper delivery of commitments
• Provide on-site assistance during event days by supporting partners and facilitating booth setups and smooth fair operations

Candidate Profile

• Genuine interest in AI, emerging technologies, and startup ecosystems
• Strong organizational aptitude and project management abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure with a solutions-focused approach
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, Slack, or equivalents
• Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous
• Demonstrated results-driven performance and commitment to excellence
• Collaborative team player thriving in a dynamic, high-demand environment
• Available for a six-month internship based in Berlin
