AI & Software Technical Solutions Lead

Overview

The AI & Software Technical Solutions Lead is a subject matter expert responsible for guiding the design and development of innovative learning products across AI, Software, and DevOps fields. These products cover various delivery methods including digital self-paced, instructor-led, and blended formats. This role ensures that the solutions meet market demand, align with customer needs, and have commercial value. The position involves leading client engagements to identify skills gaps and design customized, off-the-shelf, and certification-aligned learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of innovative learning products in AI, Software, and DevOps across multiple delivery channels.
• Design learning solutions that are technically accurate, commercially viable, and tailored to customer requirements.
• Develop engaging content for both digital platforms and instructor-led training, focusing on clear learning outcomes and suitable for the chosen delivery method.
• Assist in customer discovery and pre-sales activities by working closely with Portfolio Directors and Sales teams to understand skill challenges.
• Draft high-level proposals that outline learning approaches, target audiences, expected outcomes, delivery models, scope, and business value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including SMEs and portfolio directors to develop interactive and practical learning experiences.
• Maintain alignment with certification standards by liaising with accreditation bodies and vendor partners.
• Enhance product design quality and processes by partnering with Curriculum, Instructional Design, Platforms, Courseware, and Delivery teams.
• Continuously review and update AI and Software & DevOps portfolios to ensure they remain current and competitive.
• Provide expert support for internal teams on AI and Software-related product development and portfolio expansion.
• Identify opportunities for reusable and scalable learning solutions suitable for both public programs and client-specific offerings.
• Establish and enhance the organization's reputation for delivering innovative and leading AI learning solutions.

Experience and Qualifications

• Significant industry experience in AI, Software, and DevOps.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver multi-modal learning solutions including classroom, digital, blended, and virtual formats.
• Strong understanding of scalability and adaptability in solution design.
• Experience estimating effort and adhering to development timelines.
• Evidence of thought leadership through activities such as blogs, advisory boards, and webinars.
• Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders effectively.
• Established relationships with vendor, accreditation, or professional bodies related to AI and Software domains is advantageous.
