This fully remote role targets ensuring seamless data transit through automated systems, preventing delays caused by manual backlog accumulation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise automated data routing rules to guarantee accurate delivery to designated endpoints.
• Analyze daily system logs to detect failures or stalls in AI-enabled processes.
• Conduct routine reconciliations confirming consistency between system outputs and original source data.
• Compose and revise standard operating procedures reflecting tool usage adaptations.
• Support backlog clearance involving manual data classification and validation.
• Document workflow bottlenecks to assist technical teams in implementing permanent solutions.
• Ensure synchronization of internal databases amid system updates or migrations.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong familiarity with digital applications and aptitude for rapid software learning.
