AI Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to establish the strategic framework for enterprise AI initiatives, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning platforms, and intelligent automation. This role demands partnering with business executives, engineering teams, data scientists, and cloud architects to deliver secure, scalable, and production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive solutions for AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML platforms end-to-end.
• Design and deploy scalable systems powered by Large Language Models and multi-agent AI setups.
• Set AI architectural standards, governance policies, security protocols, and industry best practices.
• Lead cross-functional technical discussions involving both engineering and business stakeholders.
• Assess, select, and recommend AI tools, frameworks, cloud services, and implementation platforms.
• Guarantee high scalability, reliability, compliance, and operational performance for enterprise AI systems.
• Develop AI platform roadmaps and integration strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and AI professionals across various teams.
• Provide guidance for organizations undertaking large-scale AI transformation projects.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 12 years in software engineering, solution or enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong proficiency in AI and machine learning system architectures and distributed system design.
• Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and Agentic AI implementations.
• Proven experience designing and deploying multi-agent AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of data engineering, ML lifecycle management, MLOps, and AI governance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns including microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with AI security, compliance, data privacy, and ethical AI principles.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding technical teams and making architectural decisions.

Technical Expertise Required

• AI & Generative AI: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, AI Evaluation and Monitoring.
• Agentic AI: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Multi-Agent Orchestration Frameworks.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search), Google Cloud (Vertex AI).
• Data and MLOps Tools: Databricks, Snowflake, MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives.
• Background in developing AI platforms that support multiple business units.
• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience operating within regulated industries.
