Role Overview

This position based in Sydney involves leading the complete lifecycle delivery of medium to large-scale projects or critical components within extensive initiatives. The Agile Scrum Master will collaborate closely with business owners and stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for customers. Operating across multiple teams ensures alignment and effective delivery throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through to completion, handling medium to large efforts or essential segments within complex projects.
• Engage collaboratively with primary business owners and stakeholders to deliver superior customer value.
• Coordinate multi-team efforts to maintain alignment and efficient delivery.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, using influence as needed to facilitate project success.
• Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project delivery cycles.
• Apply established management principles within organizational Delivery Frameworks to maintain structured governance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong familiarity with software development processes.
• Expertise in Scrum methodologies, including the use of Scrum artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
• Good understanding of other Agile frameworks like Crystal and XP.
• Excellent communication skills paired with servant leadership capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
