Administration Manager

About the Role

As an Operations and Admin Executive at AI-LeadBox, you will play a crucial role in managing backend processes effectively. Your main duties will include verifying user data coming to the platform and ensuring that payment transactions are processed securely and promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform KYC verification by examining documents uploaded by new users and approving them through the Admin Panel if deemed satisfactory.
• Manage payment verification by cross-checking customers' wallet top-up screenshots with bank statements and appropriately crediting the amounts to user wallets.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of daily registrations and transactions using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Support the sales team by providing necessary data and handle general administrative tasks within the office.
• Monitor the platform’s performance and immediately report any technical issues or glitches to management.

Required Skills

• Strong familiarity with computer applications, especially proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and Google Sheets, along with internet usage skills.
• Attention to detail ensuring detection of even subtle errors during payment and document verification.
• Efficiency and ability to complete KYC and payment validations within the designated timelines.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in both Gujarati and Hindi languages.
