Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant proficient in handling accounting tasks, GST compliance, Tally Prime software, and inventory operations within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase, Sales, Payments, Receipts, and Journal Entries using Tally Prime.
• Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconcile Input Tax Credit.
• Handle E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation as applicable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile debtor and creditor accounts.
• Maintain stock and inventory records accurately.
• Verify vendor bills and customer invoices for correctness.
• Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Apply TDS and essential accounting knowledge in daily operations.
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for tax returns and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally Prime software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Understanding and application of GST regulations.
• Sound grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
• Experience in inventory management techniques.
• Effective communication skills.

Educational Background & Experience

Applicants should hold a B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) degree or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 6 months relevant experience is essential, preferably in the Pharma, Nutraceutical, FMCG or Manufacturing sectors.

Additional Information

Experience with Swipe Billing software is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates will be expected to bring their Resume, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, last three months' salary slips if available, and experience letter during the interview.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between INR 15,000 and 25,000, commensurate with experience.

Location & Work Mode

The position is full-time and requires working from the office located in Delhi-NCR.
