Account Manager

Role Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for driving the promotion of company products and services through strategic planning and nurturing key partnerships. This role aims to optimize sales results while supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps for assigned product/service lines aligned with company leadership.
• Manage partnerships to support company goals and strategy compliance.
• Expand sales channels by establishing and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients across the designated region.
• Create and maintain comprehensive channel and customer databases to analyze customer loyalty and discover sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research and customer visits to gather requirements for current and upcoming products/services.
• Manage the entire sales process from quoting to payment collection.
• Monitor payment performance, oversee outstanding receivables, and address any settlement issues.
• Generate sustainable sales growth focusing on long-term revenue and profitability.
• Provide detailed sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business goals.
• Oversee targeted marketing programs and evaluate progress, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Represent and promote the company and its services within the regional market.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Mandatory experience working within the UAE market.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in sales or account management.
