Responsibilities
- Facilitate seamless onboarding by handling program enrollment, setting up account access, and confirming registration accuracy.
- Maintain close interaction with enrolled cohorts to encourage engagement, track attendance, and promote advocacy among students.
- Act as a reliable mentor, providing timely support and fostering strong relationships with learners during their course progression.
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve technical issues promptly, guaranteeing an uninterrupted learning environment.
- Gather detailed learner feedback to support continuous enhancement of course value and future offering strategies.
