Internship Overview
We invite enthusiastic HR interns eager to develop their skills and build a career in recruitment and human resources. This role offers hands-on experience working closely alongside our HR team, learning the intricacies of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various job portals and platforms.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
- Initiate contact and communicate with candidates via phone calls and messages.
- Organize interview schedules and ensure coordination between candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and track recruitment progress.
- Engage in follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Support the HR team with daily recruitment-related duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available to commit full-time to an in-office internship.
- Able to commence the internship between August 4, 2026, and September 8, 2026.
- Willing to engage for a full 3-month duration.
- Possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in human resources and recruitment activities.
