Internship Role and Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Intern, your daily duties will involve sourcing and screening candidates. This includes:

• Gathering candidate profiles by exploring job portals, social networks, and internal candidate databases.
• Evaluating resumes meticulously against specific job criteria to select qualified applicants.
• Performing initial telephone interviews to evaluate candidates' eligibility and communication capabilities.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between potential candidates and client companies ensuring smooth logistical flow.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to commit full-time and work onsite from the Pune Balewadi location.
• The internship start date should be between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026.
• Candidates should be available for a continuous period of six months.
• Relevant skills and genuine interest in recruitment processes are required to apply.

Perks and Additional Information

• Interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the program.
• The monthly stipend ranges between INR 5,000 and INR 6,000 to support the intern during the tenure.
