Internship Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining procurement-related documentation for raw materials, packaging supplies, and vendors. This includes ensuring all procurement materials are accompanied by complete and accurate records. Additionally, the intern will develop, regularly update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to procurement tasks. A key focus will be on standardizing documentation practices and enhancing process efficiencies across procurement operations.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Jaipur.
- The internship starts between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026, with a fixed duration of 3 months.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills such as MS Office proficiency, vendor and document management, analytical thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates pursuing or recently completing a postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- Prior internship experience in operations and documentation is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
- Certificate upon successful completion of the internship.
- Five-day workweek with an informal dress code.
