Performance Marketing Specialist - Internship (WFH)

About the internship

This work-from-home internship is with Creative Banyan, an advertising agency focused on building customized, high-impact solutions for brands worldwide. The role is suited to candidates interested in performance marketing and digital growth.

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Review campaign results and turn performance data into practical recommendations that can improve ROI and conversions.
• Research audiences, keywords, and competitors to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Assist with A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign approaches.
• Monitor important marketing metrics and prepare performance reports for the team.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, able to begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, and commit to the full 3-month duration. Candidates should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the field.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to INR 10,000.
