Overview
Join Confluencr as an Influencer Event Coordinator Intern, assisting in the execution of a dynamic influencer marketing event in Ahmedabad. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in live event management, influencer marketing, and brand promotions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and attendees to ensure effective communication.
- Manage event registrations, check-ins, and guest relations efficiently.
- Assist the event management team to enable smooth event flow.
- Oversee backstage coordination and movement of creators during the event.
- Support logistical arrangements, scheduling, and maintain on-site communication.
- Address coordination challenges proactively to prevent disruptions.
- Work closely with the core Confluencr team to guarantee a successful event experience.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a part-time internship/job between 14th July 2026 and 18th August 2026.
- Available for a one-week engagement.
- Possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for event coordination and influencer marketing.
