About the Internship

Sentriscope Data Intelligence Private Limited seeks an intern to join their team in Lucknow for a six-month full-time, on-site internship starting immediately. The role involves understanding and fulfilling project requirements by recruiting and managing respondents, coordinating with field teams, ensuring quality and screening criteria, as well as conducting qualitative interviews and secondary research to support quantitative projects. This position requires close communication, careful documentation, and organizational skills to maintain candidate and project trackers and facilitate smooth execution of interviews and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend project requirements and respondent eligibility criteria.
• Recruit respondents via diverse channels adhering to project needs.
• Collaborate with field teams for timely respondent recruitment.
• Validate that respondents meet all screening criteria before client profile submission.
• Collect and manage supporting documentation like invoices and payment proofs where applicable.
• Arrange interview scheduling and coordinate with respondents for flawless conduct.
• Partner with field teams throughout quantitative research projects.
• Review and authenticate respondent profiles prior to client presentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide consistent project progress updates.
• Examine questionnaires or discussion guides before interviews.
• Conduct qualitative interviews as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare detailed interview notes and share meeting recordings or necessary details with clients.
• Perform secondary market research to locate relevant companies and potential respondents.
• Develop and update contact databases using public sources.
• Engage potential respondents via calls, emails, or social platforms.
• Help identify suitable candidates for current and upcoming projects.
• Maintain communication on recruitment status and timelines with the field team and vendors.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Internship start date should be between August 13, 2026, and September 17, 2026.
• Availability for the entire six-month tenure of the internship is required.

Additional Details

• Monthly stipend ranges from INR 8,000 to INR 10,000.
