About the internship
About the Internship
This internship involves managing both incoming and outgoing customer communications focused on travel-related queries. You will explain travel packages and holiday deals to potential clients, generate leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintaining frequent contact with customers and keeping detailed records of interactions will be essential. Additionally, you will coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure booking confirmations and customer requirements are met while resolving general customer issues to foster positive experiences.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months, starting between August 3, 2026, and September 7, 2026. Only candidates based in Kolkata with relevant skills and interests should apply.
Stipend and Benefits
