Key Responsibilities
- Handle the daily settlement workflow of the platform, ensuring end-to-end supervision.
- Maintain timely and clear communication with stakeholders including customers and external service providers.
- Collaborate with internal and external IT support teams to swiftly address and resolve technical issues.
- Adapt the settlement processes to meet the growing and changing requirements of the business and its customers.

Stipend and Benefits
