Role and Responsibilities
- Engage prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Assess and understand learner needs to suggest appropriate educational programs.
- Present details about IIDE's courses, certifications, outcomes, and career advantages.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships to support enrollment goals.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate lead data using CRM software.
- Monitor learner interactions, follow-up timelines, and lead progression.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Assist admissions with inquiries management and conversion processes.
- Contribute actively to meeting enrollment targets.
- Maintain professionalism and learner-focused communication.
- Participate in trainings to improve sales, communication, and business development capabilities.
- Stay informed on company programs and industry updates to provide accurate information.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants should be undergraduates, postgraduates, or recent graduates from any discipline.
- Must be available for part-time work a minimum of 6 hours daily, Monday to Saturday, at the Mumbai office.
- Interested in sales, business development, customer engagement, or the education sector.
- Ready to commit to a 3-month internship and able to start between July 14, 2026, and August 18, 2026.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Proficient spoken English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Confidence in building rapport with prospective learners.
- Positive mindset, self-driven, and eager to learn.

Compensation and Work Details
- Stipend range of INR 7,500 to 10,000 per month.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, minimum 6 hours daily.
- Location: In-office at Mumbai, reporting to the Sales Manager.
