About the Internship

This opportunity involves a comprehensive role in business development and client acquisition within a professional recruitment firm focusing on leadership hires across sectors such as BPOs, banking, travel, and fintech. The intern will engage in activities ranging from lead generation to digital branding and client management, utilizing AI tools and content creation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients to drive business growth.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn to expand outreach.
• Manage branding efforts on Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools and automation to improve processes.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Create engaging content to support marketing and outreach initiatives.

Who Should Apply

Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time onsite internship starting between July 16 and August 20, 2026, and available for a six-month period. Applicants should demonstrate relevant skills in digital marketing and sales, possess strong communication abilities, and be enthusiastic about gaining practical business exposure.

Compensation and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 9,000 to INR 10,000. Additional benefits include a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, a relaxed dress code, and a five-day work week.
