About the Internship
Join Tax-O-Smart LLP as an AWS DevOps Engineer intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience working with enterprise-level applications and server environments. The role centers on installing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining applications across various server layers, including web, application, and database servers.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure enterprise software on client on-site servers.
- Deploy applications over web, app, and database server tiers.
- Manage environments such as UAT, production, and disaster recovery.
- Facilitate application rollouts to multiple branch locations with centralized oversight.
- Coordinate with client IT teams for server provisioning, network permissions, firewall rules, SSL installation, and storage management.
- Ensure infrastructure is deployment-ready through checklist validations.
- Configure Linux and Windows servers for hosting purposes.
- Manage application servers like Tomcat, Nginx, and Apache.
- Set up and maintain Java runtime environments ensuring compatibility.
- Establish and oversee database connections with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and database administrator teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor deployed applications’ system performance and stability.

Compensation and Perks
