Zonal Training Manager

Role Summary

The Zonal Training Manager will lead the development of superior service competencies within the zone by managing the training, grooming, and performance enhancement of salon professionals. This position demands expert knowledge in beauty services, robust leadership skills, and the ability to coach both trainers and professionals to deliver top-tier at-home salon experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive training program for newly recruited salon professionals across the zone in the Beauty category.
• Guarantee standardized and high-quality execution of both technical and soft skill training modules aligned with brand and platform standards.
• Mentor and develop city-level trainers to independently conduct impactful training sessions.
• Establish training standard operating procedures (SOPs), assess the quality of training batches, and perform regular audits along with feedback discussions.
• Support trainers in guiding professionals post-training to ensure effective transition to live service delivery.
• Identify and address performance issues early on related to service quality, customer interaction, hygiene, and adherence to protocols.
• Analyze professionals’ prior experience and learning requirements to customize coaching strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with professionals facilitating effective grooming and behavioral coaching through city trainers.
• Serve as a liaison among trainers, professionals, and business units to resolve challenges related to capability or quality.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years experience in delivering training both in-salon and virtually.
• Proven experience mentoring trainers or mentors.
• Expertise in core beauty services such as waxing, threading, facials, manicure & pedicure, and basic hair services.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and enhancing trainer teams, with a track record of coaching, motivating, and managing training performance.
• Strong operational capabilities including managing multiple cities, coordinating various batches, and stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort with data analysis, audits, and performance metrics to drive improvements.
