Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from&nbsp;<strong>more than one million investors</strong> which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.</p></div><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Team</strong></span></p> <p>The IAM team is responsible for the further development and assurance of the company’s identity and access management framework. We support secure access provisioning, business and access role management, access reviews, recertification, and continuous improvement of IAM governance across the organization. Our goal is to balance seamless access for employees with the highest standards of security compliance.</p> <p>The Working Student will support the IAM Manager with operational tasks and projects that strengthen security posture, IAM documentation, process automation, and the responsible use of AI to make recurring IAM work more efficient, always with human oversight. As an integral part of the IAM lifecycle, you will actively contribute to our security mission rather than performing isolated back-office tasks.</p> <p><br><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the IAM Manager in day-to-day IAM operations and project activities. Streamline IAM documentation and maintain process repositories (e.g., Confluence, Jira) to ensure audit readiness.</li> <li>Support IAM projects including access reviews, recertification preparation, role model improvements, and automation initiatives.</li> <li>Take ownership of a small-scale process improvement project to drive autonomy and efficiency.</li> <li>Assist with analysis and documentation of business roles, access roles, and application access concepts (EIM / okta-operations context).</li> <li>Support AI-assisted preparation of documentation, recert evidence, and role/access analyses; validate outputs before internal or stakeholder use.</li> <li>Help prepare documentation and evidence for internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Support meeting facilitation and follow-up tracking for cross-functional IAM syncs with IT, Security, Compliance, HR, and business teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enrolled student (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Security, IT Management), ideally with&nbsp; 1.5 years remaining in studies.</li> <li>Interest in information security, IT governance, access management, process improvement, and applied AI in a governed environment.</li> <li>Critical mindset to review AI-generated content for accuracy; high willingness to learn, reliability, and meticulous work ethic.</li> <li>Structured, detail-oriented style&nbsp; documentation, data, and recurring processes.</li> <li>Basic understanding of IAM / identity governance is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with Okta, IAM frameworks, scripting/automation tools, Jira, Confluence, Git/GitLab, or productivity/AI tools is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Success Indicators:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to translate technical access requirements into clear, non-technical documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Join our mission, join our team – and grow with us!</strong></p> <p>At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
