Workday Integration Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The role offers flexible shifts including UK timings (2 PM to 11 PM) and is based primarily in Hyderabad, India with options in Bangalore, Gurugram, and Pune. The work mode will be hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Workday Integration certification and apply knowledge to diverse projects.
• Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions tailored for Workday customers.
• Utilize Workday Integration technologies such as Cloud connectors, Core connectors, Document Transformation, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, XML, and XSLT.
• Use migration tools like object transporter and iLoad's or iLoad helper effectively.
• Create and manage ISUs and ISSGs, configure business processes, scheduling, and notification systems.
• Design and troubleshoot Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations.
• Assist clients in diagnosing and resolving integration-related issues within Workday solutions.
• Analyze updates from Workday releases to assess their impact on existing client configurations.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Additional Workday certifications especially in Reporting or other modules.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio, BIRT, Payroll modules (PECI/PICOF), middleware integrations, connectors, matrix and composite reporting.
• Understanding of Workday security frameworks, custom field creation, and custom report development.
• Integration experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management domains.
