Position Overview
This remote, full-time role requires a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Developer responsible for designing, configuring, and sustaining planning models and integrations within the Workday Adaptive Planning platform. The daily activities include constructing and fine-tuning financial and operational models, developing dashboards and reports, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis initiatives. Collaboration with finance, operations, and IT teams is essential to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across systems. Additional duties involve diagnosing and resolving system issues, conducting testing, documenting setups, and proposing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning, including modeling, configuration, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.
- Thorough understanding of financial planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Skilled in analyzing and validating large datasets derived from diverse sources.
- Adept at translating business needs into technical specifications and scalable configurations.
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise software and familiarity with ERP and financial systems is advantageous.
- Competent in troubleshooting, system testing, documentation, and managing changes within production environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills suited for remote, multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent practical expertise.
- Previous work experience in technology services or consulting is an added benefit.
