About the Role
Join Reliance Home Comfort as a Warehouse Runner and become a vital team member equipped with all necessary tools and support for success. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate as part of a dedicated team focused on supporting Reliance and its customers.
- Manage organization and inventory of HVAC equipment and supplies, including loading, unloading, scanning, and system entry of serialized items.
- Prepare HVAC equipment and materials for installation by staging them efficiently.
- Track and report stock levels proactively to prevent work delays caused by inventory shortages.
- Deliver equipment to installation sites as needed and assist with loading/unloading at job locations.
- Support installation teams by conducting daily truck inspections and ensuring adherence to scheduled truck maintenance.
- Coordinate closely with Installation, Sales, and Workforce Planning teams to maintain smooth communication and documentation flow related to installations, including managing model and serial number records for accurate customer histories.
- Refurbish water heaters and remove components from scrapped units when required.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Profile
- A motivated individual with a growth mindset who values dependability and ambition.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Well-organized with proficient computer skills such as scanning, emailing, and data entry.
- Capable of working under minimal supervision and following directions effectively.
- Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and more with assistance.
- Holder of a valid class G driver’s license.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- Willingness to work in various assigned areas.
- Forklift license or relevant experience considered an advantage.
