Fleurop AG has been a leading provider in the floral greeting market for over a century. In addition to our services, we operate an internal wholesale for florist supplies. At our Berlin-Bohnsdorf facility, spanning more than 6,000 sqm, florist partners can order supplies through our online platform "FloristShop." A dedicated team of approximately 40 employees ensures that over 150,000 shipments per year are packed reliably, swiftly, and securely for delivery to florists.

Role Overview

We are currently expanding our team at the Berlin-Bohnsdorf location (near Schönefeld Airport) and seek a motivated individual to join us immediately on a full-time basis. This is an initial two-year fixed-term position with the possibility of permanent employment. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing floral supplies and flowers
• Preparation and assembly of flower bouquets following specific instructions
• Picking, packing, and shipping orders (using Pick-by-Scan), including bouquets
• Unloading containers
• Conducting incoming goods inspections and recording them in the system
• Processing product returns
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training in logistics or an equivalent qualification
• Flexibility, reliability, and physical stamina
• Strong teamwork skills and high commitment
• Proficiency with technical equipment
• Forklift license is an advantage
