Position Overview

As a Waiter/Waitress, your role is to deliver exceptional guest service by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest needs attentively. You will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized dining environment to elevate the overall customer dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile, present menus, and record orders accurately.
• Promptly deliver food and drinks to tables, ensuring correct service.
• Operate POS systems effectively for order submission and payment handling.
• Keep tables, utensils, and the dining area tidy and orderly throughout your shift.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to communicate clearly, listen attentively, and respond promptly to guest preferences and complaints.
• Skill in managing multiple tables and duties simultaneously to provide efficient service.
• Basic understanding of food items to answer guest questions and offer informed recommendations.
• Cooperative attitude to collaborate with colleagues to facilitate smooth restaurant operations.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in hotels, fine dining restaurants, or bars.
• Minimum education of High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Good command of English; additional language skills are beneficial.
