Role Overview

As a waiter or waitress, you serve as a key ambassador of Accor’s high standards in food and beverage service. Your attentive, courteous manner and deep knowledge of menu items and promotions make every guest feel special and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge guests arriving at the restaurant, upholding exceptional service standards.
• Efficiently serve guests with flair and professionalism.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, including allergens, to suggest complementary food and beverage pairings and promote upselling.
• Actively promote hotel and food & beverage offers to enhance sales.
• Support team efforts to maintain cleanliness and excellence across the food and beverage cluster.
• Adapt to additional reasonable duties and flexible role adjustments, including potential redeployment within other hotel departments as necessary.
• Perform cashier duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in hotel or restaurant service is beneficial.
• Ability to focus on guest needs with calmness and courtesy at all times.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to thrive under the fast pace and pressure of a busy environment.
